Tai Chi is a relaxing exercise that has been shown to improve mobility, balance and the immune system. It is recommended by The CDC and health organizations around the world for Parkinson’s, MS, arthritis, and many other auto immune diseases.

This class uses a clear and relaxed teaching method. Join us as we learn and practice the gentle rhythms of two forms: Moving for Better Balance and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. Laughter is integral to tai chi! So we take time to laugh at ourselves.
